Born in Brazil with Italian roots, Chef Adriana moved to Verona at the age of 20. Although she has always had a passion for cooking, it wasn't until she was surrounded by the beauty of prime Italian ingredients that her interest in fine cuisine truly blossomed.
Adri found her love for food at the age of 14 having shared many memorable times with her Mamma and Nonna in the kitchen at her family home in South Brazil. She has brought many of her influences to inspire our menu bringing to life many of our traditional Italian dishes.
Bella Restaurant & Wine Bar has quickly become a household name in Sydney's culinary scene with multiple accolades.
